Process
The Process
Estimates are booked through our dedicated local rate line - 0844 704 21 21, or through this website's contact section, or by emailing info@awomanstouch.org.uk. Our estimator will then visit your property at the agreed time and within five days we will email you our estimate.
Once you have received your estimate, if you would like to proceed with the work, we ask you for a deposit, and we then (London Only) send in our team for a project planning meeting, to meet you and discuss in detail the exact specification of your project, and make arrangements for any materials we will be ordering for you. Following this meeting we will confirm the estimate (at which point it becomes a fixed quote) and schedule for the work to start at a mutually agreeable time.
Many of our team carry blackberry-type PDA devices so we can keep in contact in whatever manner suits you, phone, text, email, at any time. We will provide you with regular updates during the project so you are always kept fully informed.
On completion, we deal with any snagging issues promptly, fairly and courteously.
