Meet The Team

Caroline Bosher
Caroline joined A Woman's Touch in March 2008 as an estimator in London. She will very likely be your first point of contact if you invite us in to estimate for your project.
In addition to this role, she also heads up our "Green Wing" - working hard to develop an eco-friendly offering for each service we provide, from materials, to environmentally friendly solutions and recyling of waste - as well as ensuring the office itself is a green as possible.
Caroline is also researching the viability of setting A Woman's Touch training academy - which will offer fast track NVQs to women, in multi discipline courses, to include business skills. She is talking to the Olympics and various other bodies to secure funding for this very worthwhile college. Less than 1% of the workforce in the construction industry is female - and with such enormous shortages of qualified and skilled tradespeople, women are an obvious solution to this problem. We feel we are doing our bit with almost 50% of our workforce being female, and 100% on the managerial side.
Caroline has a very varied expeience, including some time at the London Development Agency. She is also an IT whizz, and originally comes from "the Bush" in Australia! She has a passion to eventually get into the home automation market, and we are of course hoping that this will be something AWT can offer in the near future.
