If you spend your working day in uniform or dungarees, how do you make the switch to feminine? Five women whose uniforms are key to there jobs try out the latest dresses.

Kerrie Keeling owner of A Woman's Touch, 31 size 12/14.

'I decided to leave banking when I found myself using phrases like "shifting the goalposts". I'd always loved decorating, so I decided to set up A Woman's Touch, a project management company in the building trade that's staffed exclusively by women. I expected a negative reaction from other builders, but I'm accepted. I love my overalls, but the smallest you can buy have a 36in waist, so I hoist them up with scarves. It's also hard tp find steel-toe cap boots in size 4! I'm surprised how much I've enjoyed being pampered and I wouldn't normally wear something so floaty, but this dress is beautiful.'
